Summary
No Kings is a fishing-style card game: players capture cards from the center by rank or by sum. Special cards (the King and the Joker) change risk and tempo.
Opening Wat (online app): Each round starts with four random face-up cards in the center (the Wat). A Joker in that opening Wat is rare and does not end the round in this game—it is handled like any other center card until captures or special card rules apply.
